What should I expect during and after my treatment?

Numbing cream is applied to the treatment area for 45 minutes. Pre-meds are also offered to patients who have somebody to drive them home. The treatment itself takes 45 minutes-1 hour. Redness and minimal swelling can be expected immediately after, lasting for up to 24 hours. Aquaphor, or any similar cream, should be applied for two days.

How many treatments will I need?

1 to 3 treatments are recommended, based on your concerns and other factors. A maintenance treatment is recommended every 12-18 months once optimal results are achieved.
